NORMA’s Structure

Board NORMA

NORMA uses the Supervisory Board on a two-layer structure. The day-to-day management is in the hands of the Managing Director, ‘the board’. The board is supervised by the Supervisory Board.

The Council of Rightholders represents the rightholders of NORMA and is nominated by various interest groups for performing artists (currently these are ACT, Ntb/Kunstenbond and Samen1Stem) and the annual Meeting of Affiliates. The council of Rightholders apporves matters such as distribution regulations and the withholding of and attribution to socio-cultural purposes.
