NORMA PLUS offers a funding facility for projects that contribute to improving the income and legal status of performing artists.
Projects can be submitted by recognized interest organizations of performing artists or by the performing artists themselves. The projects must have a social, cultural, or educational purpose. Additionally, the projects can benefit performing artists broadly or focus on one or more specific professional groups (such as voice actors, musicians, urban dancers, etc.). General Principles
NORMA Plus adheres to the following principles:
- Payment: 50% of the requested amount is paid in advance, and 50% is paid after accountability.
- Contribution: The NORMA fund’s contribution can be up to 50% of the total project budget.
- Minimum Award: €2,500
- Maximum Award: €50,000
- Project Duration: The project must be completed within one year.
- Accountants Report: For projects awarded €30,000 or more, the financial and content report must be accompanied by an accountant’s statement.
- Scope: Only projects with broad national impact are eligible for funding.
