Comments, complaints and disputes

If you have a comment, complaint or dispute as a performer, you can report this to us. Here we will explain how you can do this.

NORMA makes every effort to perform its tasks to your satisfaction. If you have any comments on the (lack of) payment of remuneration or if you would like to request that administrative errors be corrected, please report this to servicedesk@stichtingnorma.nl.

If complaint procedure does not lead to the desired result, or in the event of disputes between rightholding performers, you can submit a dispute to our independent Disputes Committee by e-mail at geschillencommissie@stichtingnorma.nl or in writing by post via
