The vast majority of fees collected by NORMA goes directly to performing artists. A small portion is reserved annually for so-called SoCu (Social-Cultural) projects. These grants are distributed among [performing artists] through the SoCu funds, with the NORMA fund being NORMA’s regular fund. In addition to the NORMA fund, NORMA also has the NORMA PLUS fund.
