Nog tot vrijdag 27 april a.s. kunt u uw persoonsgegevens (zoals uw e-mailadres) wijzigingen in uw persoonlijke MyNORMA account. Hoe u kunt inloggen op uw MyNORMA account en gegevens wijzigt leggen we hier uit.
U logt in op uw persoonlijke MyNORMA account via https://www.mynorma.nl/ met uw inlognaam (dat is altijd uw 6-cijferige NORMA-nummer) en uw wachtwoord. Uw NORMA-nummer staat op de correspondentie die u van ons ontvangt en op uw exploitatieovereenkomst (uw contract met NORMA).
Als u uw NORMA-nummer niet kunt achterhalen kunt u bellen met 020 627 27 98 om dit en tevens een nieuw MyNORMA wachtwoord op te vragen. Als u enkel een nieuw wachtwoord wilt opvragen kunt u mailen naar: info@stichtingnorma.nl, vermeld daarbij ook uw NORMA-nummer. Wij verstrekken u dan een nieuw wachtwoord per e-mail.
Wijzigen van persoonsgegevens in MyNORMA
U kunt in het portal onder het tabblad ‘Uw gegevens’, menu-optie ‘Contact’ het e-mailadres dat wij van u bij ons geregistreerd hebben controleren en indien nodig wijzigen. Uw IBAN rekeningnummer kunt u ook controleren en wijzigen, ga daarvoor naar tabblad ‘Uw gegevens’, menu-optie ‘Financieel’.

Up to Friday the 27th of April you can change/amend your personal data (such as your email address) in your personal MyNORMA account. How to log on and change your data you can read here.
In order to log on to your personal MyNORMA account click on this link: https://www.mynorma.nl/ and add your login name (your 6-digit NORMA-number) and your password (‘Wachtwoord’). You can find your NORMA number on your NORMA correspondence and on your exploitation agreement. Please be aware that the current MyNORMA portal is only available in the Dutch language.
If you are not able to find your NORMA-number, you can contact us at +31 20 627 27 98. If you only want to request a new password, you can send an email to info@stichtingnorma.nl and please include your NORMA -number. We will then email you a new password.
How to change your personal data in your MyNORMA account
By clicking on the tab ‘Uw gegevens’ and choosing the menu option ‘Contact’ you can check your registered email address and change if necessary.
You can also check your International Bank Account Number (IBAN) and change it if necessary, by clicking on the tab ‘ Uw gegevens’ and choosing the menu option ‘Financieel’.
