The vast majority of fees collected by Norma goes directly to performing artists. A small portion is reserved annually for so-called SoCu (Social-Cultural) projects. These grants are distributed among [performing artists] through the SoCu funds, with the Norma Fund being Norma’s regular fund. In addition to the Norma Fund, Norma also has the Norma PLUS Fund.
