Formally closed usage years
2016
2017
2018
2019

These usage years have been formally closed, which means that you can no longer claim for these years via MyNORMA because the deadline for doing so has already passed.

If you are not yet registered as a member and are registering with NORMA for the first time, other claim periods apply. You may still be able to submit an ‘after-claim’ for these years of use. Please contact our service desk for more information.

If you are already a NORMA member, you may only submit an after-claim for the years of use 2018 and 2019 under specific circumstances (e.g. force majeure). If you think you are eligible, please contact our service desk as soon as possible to explain why it was not possible to submit your claim before the formal deadline.

Final closed usage years
2016 and all previous years

You can no longer claim for usage years that have been final closed, nor can you submit a after-claim if you are not yet affiliated. All remuneration for these years have been paid out.
