What does Norma do and for whom?

Norma ensures that performers, such as actors, voice actors, musicians, dancers and other performing artists, get fair compensation when their work is broadcast, copied or used in other ways.

The collective remuneration is collected by Norma and distributed to the performers who are registered with Norma.

Norma was founded by the NTB and Kunstenbond trade unions in the Netherlands.
