If your claim is submitted after the official deadline of a distribution year, you may still be entitled to remuneration. This is subject to terms and conditions, as listed on this page.
In order to be eligible, you must meet the following three requirements.
Requirements for claiming after distribution deadline
– You were not yet registered as a NORMA member upon the official deadline of that particular distribution year.
– Claiming after a distribution deadline must be done within our two-year grace period (in calendar years), counting from the official deadline.
– Any such claims must be submitted to our service desk via email.
