Distribution Regulations – Video
All distribution regulations related to video, including distribution keys and implementation decisions, can be found here. The General Distribution Regulation applies, among others, to revenue streams from television broadcasts and private copying of videos. Video lending rights are disbursed as an addition to private copying of videos, with an implementation decision for one exception in the system. Additionally, there are smaller revenue streams, such as the music desk.
Distribution Keys The distribution of our video funds is conducted through three main distribution keys:
- Weighting of program categories
- Performance track
- Role significance (lead, supporting, minor)
The weighting of these distribution keys is specified in various implementation decisions, which can also be accessed below.
Smaller Revenue Streams NORMA strives to distribute these funds as efficiently as possible at minimal costs. Due to some revenue streams being too low to distribute efficiently or lacking data altogether, certain funds are added to larger revenue streams.
The implementation decisions underlying these actions can also be found here.
