Since 1 July 2013 NORMA falls under the Supervision and Dispute Settlement Act on Collective Management Organisations for Copyright and Neighbouring Rights.<\/p>\n
The Copyright Supervisory Board (CvTA) monitors, among other things, the speed of the distribution of funds, transparency, sound management, financial policy, collection, rates and distribution, and management and organisation. There is also preventive supervision and dispute settlement on rate increases. Certain decisions \u2013 such as the articles of association, the model agreements and the increase in the standard rates \u2013 require the approval of the CvTA. <\/span><\/p>\n Supervision of competition law aspects of rates and rate structures is the responsibility of ACM. <\/span><\/p>\n The Disputes Committee for Copyrights has been appointed to settle disputes about the fairness of the level of the rates charged by NORMA.
