NORMA, being a rights society, represents all performing artists, such as actors, dubbing artists, musicians, word artists and dancers.<\/p>\n
NORMA collects and distributes several collective remunerations, such as the remuneration for TV-broadcasting and private copying. This in order to secure that right holders receive a fair financial compensation for the use of their works in the Netherlands and abroad. Some remunerations are collected directly from the parties that exploit the work; other remunerations are collected by others on behalf of NORMA.<\/p>\n
When to join NORMA<\/strong><\/p>\n Below some examples:<\/p>\n If you are an actor<\/strong> and you play a role in a movie or serie and it has been broadcast<\/strong>\u00a0on TV<\/strong>, you may be entitled to remuneration.
