The projects must have a social, cultural, or educational purpose. Additionally, the projects can benefit performing artists broadly or focus on one or more specific professional groups (such as voice actors, musicians, urban dancers, etc.). The detailed conditions are outlined in the regulations available download at the bottom of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stichtingnorma.nl\/norma-fonds\/norma-plus\/\">in Dutch written page<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>General Principles<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Norma Plus adheres to the following principles:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Payment:<\/strong> 50% of the requested amount is paid in advance, and 50% is paid after accountability.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Contribution:<\/strong> The Norma Fund\u2019s contribution can be up to 50% of the total project budget.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Minimum Award:<\/strong> \u20ac2,500<\/li>\n<li><strong>Maximum Award:<\/strong> \u20ac50,000<\/li>\n<li><strong>Project Duration:<\/strong> The project must be completed within one year.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Accountants Report:<\/strong> For projects awarded \u20ac30,000 or more, the financial and content report must be accompanied by an accountant\u2019s statement.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Scope:<\/strong> Only projects with broad national impact are eligible for funding.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Assessment Committee<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The assessment committee consists of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vincent Wijlhuizen<\/li>\n<li>Jeanette Smit<\/li>\n<li>Jack Pisters<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Assessment Rounds and Dates<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Applications<\/strong> can be submitted year-round as long as budget is available.
